The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions establish the
Club rules applicable to real property. The CC&R's also provide
guidelines around pet ownership. In addition, the Club Membership approved
a set of Animal Control Rules on April 26, 1997. Those rules follow:
ANIMAL CONTROL RULES

Property owners will be required to confine their
animals to their property by fence, kennel, or other method that complies
to Architectural Committee and humane rules.

Property owners, residents (renters) and guests of
property owners will have control of their animals while off their
property but still on LLCC property, by restraining their animals with a
leash. Persons walking dogs on golf cart paths must carry a "dooley" bag.

Property owners will be held responsible for their
guests and renters). This requirement should be passed on to their guests
and renters). Any violation to these rules will be directed to the
property owner to respond to the violation.

A preprinted form will be made available in the office
and under Forms on the LLCC website. This form will ask for the description of the
animal, owner's name, locations and a description of the problems.
A.
No more than four domestic pets in any
combination, with a maximum of three of any one type, (example; 3 dogs 1
cat)
Mason County offers a pick up and impoundment service
for animals that have been apprehended for violations of these rules. There
is a nominal fee for this service which will be charged to the owners
account.
Violations will be handled by the following:
First Violation: $100 fine
Second Violation: $250 fine
Third Violation: $1000
fine and filed as
non-compliance
