Architectural Procedures for Complaints

 

  1. Complaint form filled out by member;

  2. Inspection of complaint by committee member, pictures taken;

  3. Work- sheet documenting actions taken begun;

  4. Letters  (two) sent 30 days apart;

  5. Committee proposes next action  to the Board;

a.  Work  sheet with documentation and copies of letters and pictures sent to attorney;
b.   Notice of non-compliance by attorney with a $1000 fine or 40 times permit fee: Usually $600;
c..   Fine and file suit in court;

   6.  Closure letter when resolved.
