REPORT TO MEMBERS REGARDING COVENANT CHANGES

The Lake Limerick covenants should be amended, for two reasons:  To remove the sunset provisions, which would cause the covenants expire in 2010; and to make the covenant language regarding the Architectural Committee conform to State law.

Topic:  Charges are no longer being allowed to the member lots

LLCC is no longer allowing charges to your lots from the restaurant or the bar.  It is too costly for us to continue this practice.

Topic:  Proof of Membership to use parks

LLCC is enforcing the existing policy that requires proof of membership, in order to use the Club's parks.  You must have you member id card or guest pass available when requested by Club security, park hosts or the lake patrol.

Topic:  Trespassing, Speeding and Mailbox Tampering

The Merrill Ring property at the end of the lake is private property; it is continually being trespassed upon.  If you can identify these people, please do so and call the Sheriff.  Be persistent!

Speeders: Be forewarned LLCC is hiring additional law enforcement personnel to crack down on those speeders who are endangering us all.

It has been reported there is mailbox tampering occurring in our community.  We encourage you all to be on  watch and report violators to the Sheriff and the post office.  It is a federal offense and punishable with severe penalties.

Our community has always been a quiet, pleasant place to live - let us keep it that way!
