Executive Committee            2nd Saturday of every month-9 am

This committee is made up of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary of the Board of Board of Directors and the Water Committee Chairman.  They meet to oversee the day-to-day operations, and to prioritize the agenda for the Board meeting.

Board of Directors                3rd Saturday of every month-9 am

The Board of Board of Directors provides overall governance of the business affairs of the Lake Limerick Country Club, Inc.  The Board administers its duties as defined in the various governing documents of the Club.  For current information on the Board, please see the Board of Directors page.

Architectural Committee        2nd Saturday of every month-9 am

The Architectural Committee operates at the discretion of the Board of Directors and provides guidance and direction for matters related to the maintenance and development of the Lake Limerick Country Club, Inc.  In addition, the Architectural Committee provides guidance to members as they consider various improvements to their property.  Prior to considering any improvements, members are required to solicit approval from the committee.  Please see the architectural page for important information.

Greens Committee               1st Saturday of every month-9 am

The purpose of this committee is to work with the greens keeper and the Pro Shop manager to help promote all factions of promotions that are scheduled and to try to ensure all daily functions are carried out. To that end they will present to the board new equipment and maintenance needs.

Inn Committee                 2nd Saturday of every month -11 am

The purpose of this committee is to promote the use of the Inn facilities by our members by all available means. 

Lake / Dam Committee     1st Saturday of every month-9:30 am

The purpose of the Lake and Dam Committee is to act as a planning and advisory agent to the  Board of Trustees.  This committee is assigned to perform the planning and the implementing of actions in the following areas:  Lake regulations; lake water control (dams, spillways, etc.); community parks and boat ramps; lake water quality, events associated with the lakes.

Nominating Committee

The purpose of this committee is to ensure a viable list of candidates for positions as they become available on the board.

Water Committee         2nd Wednesday of every month-2:00 pm

The purpose of this committee is the operation and maintenance of the water system.

Elections Committee                               

The purpose of this committee is to ensure the smooth and correct running of the election process.

Youth Committee                               

The purpose of this committee is to promote and plan activities for our youth; always in need of volunteers.

Hearings Committee    1st Saturday of every month - 1:00 pm

        Grievances or complaints arising between the Association Committees and an active member or members of the Association herein, with respect to matters dealing with interpretation or application of rules shall be resolved in strict compliance with this procedure.  Roster of committee members.

Note:  The various committees operate at the discretion of the Board of  Directors, who support a common framework for their operation.  Committees are where we, as members, can make a difference.  These committee guidelines can be referenced by following this link.

Administrative

The administrative and support responsibilities for the Club are carried out by several departments.  The office, the Water System Department, the Maintenance Department and the Greens Department all provide valuable services to the club.  In addition, information about dues, fees, assessments, security and real estate are found here.  See the Administrative page for detailed information for each area.

Governing Rules

The Club operates under various established guidelines and rules.  Everything from the Articles of Incorporation to the Bylaws, Lake Usage Rules and Animal Control can be found under the Governing Rules page.  The Covenants are recorded with the Mason County Auditor and available from that office.
