Topic:  Special Assessment Election Results 
(A note to once more clarify this particular RCW.)

RCW Title 64.38.025(3) and how it relates to home owners associations: Title 64.38.025(3) states any budget or special budget approved by the Board of Directors must be presented to the home owners association and voted on. The vote on the budget or special budget is; unless the owners of a majority of the votes in the association reject the budget, the budget is ratified. This RCW actually supersedes some of our by-laws. Our general budget, water system budget and any assessments all fall under Title 64.38.025(3). Title 64.38.025(3) requires for Lake Limerick Country Club 643 no votes on any of the budgets or special budgets, or the budgets are ratified. The 643 votes mentioned are based on the 1284 votes in the association as of the October meeting. The Board of Trustees will be considering by-law changes in the near future.

Selected areas within Lake Limerick now have another option for internet access, Qwest DSL.
